🍽️ The Role: Senior Chef de Partie (m/f/x) 
You’ll take charge of your kitchen section, support your team with leadership and know-how, and
ensure every dish that leaves your hands is unforgettable – in flavor, texture, and presentation.
Your mission includes:
Preparing and supervising dishes according to Uniworld’s luxury standards.
Upholding HACCP and hygiene practices.
Keeping your section clean, organized, and stocked.
Working closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Joining safety drills, ship operations, and guest experiences.

You are:
A confident team player and mentor.
Calm and focused under pressure.
Open to feedback and passionate about hospitality.
Proud of what you plate and how you present it.
Your background:
Culinary degree and solid 4*/5* kitchen experience.
Previous cruise or upscale hotel work a plus.
Good English communication skills.
